DEX Robotised Laparoscopy

Miart is equipped with advanced DEX Robotic System which is incorporated with Einstein Vision System. This gives 3D magnification, 10 times magnification, 360 degree rotation, 7 degree of motion, accurate depth perception making surgery a comfortable for the surgeon. All the surgeries are done through 1 cm wound. So the benefit for patient is 1 cm wound, less chance of infection, less pain, less wound related complication, minimal hospital stay, very less morbidity & early return to normal activities.

Common laparoscopic procedures are:-

• All congenital anomalies of genitourinary system. Common anomalies are PUJ obstruction, VUR (Vesicoureteral reflux), mega ureter.
• Adrenal mass
• Renal mass - radical nephrotomy, zero ischaemia partial nephrotomy, nephroureterectomy.
• All ureteric surgeries
• All bladder surgeries
• Prostate surgeries - preserve urine control & sexual function

As the robotic arm is very long surgery is much comfortable in obese patients.
